  • HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER ARRIVES? 

Your delivery estimate is based on your purchase date and your choice of shipping method.

  •  WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

 Yes! All orders include tracking. The tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided us as soon as your order ships. Please Note: The order number IS NOT your tracking number.

  •  WILL I BE NOTIFIED WHEN MY ORDER IS SHIPPED?

Yes! You will receive an email as soon as your order is shipped. If you have not received an email, please contact us at hello@shopdaisybee.com.

  • CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund anytime BEFORE your order has shipped. If your order is shipped it is not possible to cancel your order unless the item is returned to us after delivery.

  • HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit Only. Returns must be delivered to our distribution center within 14 days of receiving your order. We will not accept any returns after this time frame has passed. Please note, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
